Hamilton Group has successfully represented an investor in the acquisition of a commercial tenement building at 68 Piękna Street in Warsaw for an undisclosed sum.
The transaction was completed in co-operation with Cushman & Wakefield who acted on behalf of the seller.
“The sale of Piękna represents another in a series of Capital Market transactions executed by Hamilton Group over the past year. Our good run results from a few factors – one being the active investment market in which we are working with a number of investors to help them build and dispose of portfolios in Poland, another being the additional Capital Market and PRS services that we have added through our new commercial activity – Hamilton International. Combined with our motivated teams we are accomplishing more high value and complex transactions for our investors.” According to Rob Watkins, the founder of Hamilton Group.
Piękna 68 is a post-war, six-floor tenement building, ideally located in the very city centre of Warsaw, in the closest vicinity of trendy restaurants, hotels, exclusive boutiques, famous art galleries and popular places such as Konstytucji Square , Hala Koszyki, Mokotowska Street. The tenement building consists of 1,617 square metres of leasable office and service space on the ground floor. It was fully renovated and revamped in 2014.
