At the beginning of September, ThinkCo published the PRS Guide, which is one of the most comprehensive studies of the Polish private rental sector to date. We are happy to inform that Hamilton Asset Management, our PRS-dedicated brand, was invited to join the release.

Polish PRS is still underdeveloped but growing very quickly. Therefore, we find it important to share experience among the market professionals. Hamilton Asset Management was invited to join with a case study for the A-Z services for a PRS project. As an example we used Warsaw’s Szwedzka rental listings we lease and manage. The piece covers all the operational steps from brokerage in purchase, through the preparation phase and marketing strategy, to delivering tenants and lease management – the team of Hamilton Group was present at every stage.
