As informed in the late 2021, Hamilton Asset Management team was engaged by the Dutch investor Van Der Vorm to lease and manage the 55 unit PRS building at Aleja Solidarności.

The rental apartments were launched under Central Praga brand and fully leased at the pre-letting stage to corporate tenants. Fit-out works were performed by partnering Decoroom studio.
